All of the employees were very friendly and professional from the inspection and bid to the installation. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave until I understood what they were doing and how to use the app on my phone and the thermostat. I highly recommend Thompsons for service and repair. They were highly recommended from a co worker that was also extremely pleased and impressed. I got the bid on Wednesday and was hooked up and running by 4:30 the following Monday. The price was what I was expecting. If you are searching for bids, don't be afraid to call these guys!!!

You guys said you would be there Monday morning, and you were. I got a call from Nathan that morning and he said he would be there in the next 30 mins. He arrived in that time frame. I appreciate that. Sometimes I have to sit around all day waiting for service technicians ( other companies) to arrive. And when they do they are late. So I really appreciated Nathan's promptness. He also mentioned that we would eventually need a new part for our furnace and gave me a price range when I asked him for it. I appreciated that too. He's a good guy and was easy to speak with.
